We welcome bakers of all ages to submit a pie and test their skills against their neighbors and friends.
PIE BAKE-OFF RULES:
- Contest is open to amateur bakers of all ages. There will be two categories: Youth (17 & under) and Adult (18+).
- Pies must be from scratch and feature a fruit. Bakers may not use store bought crust or pie filling.
- Each pie submitted must include a list of ingredients (so we can post allergens).

- Each pie entered must complete the entry form below or fill out a paper form (available at Birdfoot) by Wednesday, August 9.
- The pies must be dropped off at Birdfoot between 1:00 and 3:00 PM on Friday, August 11. If you would like your pie pan back, please label the bottom of the tin.
- Pies will be judged by a 3 person panel: Bonnie of La Petite Baking Company, Dana of Crooked House Pies, and a third position will be available to the public via silent auction. The judges’ decision will be final.
- Winners will be announced and prizes for first and second place awarded at 5:00 PM. After the contest, pies will be sliced and the public may purchase samples for a suggested donation.
