As the days get warmer and the growing season starts, Dig In! Yancey Community Garden is inviting past volunteers, potential volunteers, and curious community members to a virtual information session to learn more about what the organization does and how to get involved this year.
The information session will be held on Monday, April 24 from 6-7 pm over Zoom.
Together, attendees will learn about the volunteer opportunities this season including growing food in the Dig In gardens, sharing the harvest, and supporting events. There will be a chance to ask questions of the Dig In staff and share new ideas about ways to “dig in” this year.
